This video explains how to create binders, whether one at a time manually, or in batches using an Excel spreadsheet CSV file.

To create one binder, manually:

1. Navigate to Binders

2. Click Binders > +New Binder in the upper right corner; the template used will be the one you already set up in Step 5.

3. Add the required information

4. Click Save

To create binders in batches:

1. Navigate to Binders

2. Click Binders > Upload New Batch in the upper right corner

3. Download the CSV template to your computer, and fill it out accordingly

4. Upload the completed CSV file

6. Your binders will then load in a few minutes; refresh your screen to ensure they populate

To transfer the binder to clients:

1. Select Binder Options > Transfer

2. Verify the information listed

3. Click Transfer
